I ordered a five-piece chicken strip meal with mashed potatoes, but four of the chicken strips were undercooked and raw. One strip was burnt, and the mashed potatoes tasted old. My tea tasted like plain water. Safe to say, I won’t be returning.
They never get my order right. I've went there 4 times. Every time, my order has been wrong. 1st time Gave me corn instead of green bean, 2nd time didn't give me the added sides 3rd time left out a whole meal, 4th time, didn't give me the meal that I asked for. If you go here CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!! The staff was very nice and friendly and the place was clean. The only reason I won't go back is because of the messed up orders.
Disgusting! I orders a 12 piece family meal today 11/28/23 the mashed potatoes tasted old like they have been left out of the fridge for days and they have a ruined smell and the chicken was so oily the bottom up the bucket is weak from all the grease I will NEVER GET FOOD FROM THERE AGAIN!!!
I ordered 8 piece chicken tenders meal and it cost $30. These were the worst chicken strips I have ever had! Very Tiny and terribly dried out. Looked and tasted like cooked and left sitting under warmer for hours. Even the breading didn't look like something KFC would serve. Funny thing was when I ordered they told me they would have to drop some fresh in fryer and it would take about 10 minutes. There was no way these were cooked fresh while I waited and there wasn't enough chicken to be worth $5, tenders were so tiny.
Where else do they bread tenders and drop them in grease for a few seconds before pulling and putting back in the cooler? This was to 'have them ready ' because they are lazy. This is not safe for the food, but prebreading and not flash frying is a way for the breading to fall off, so they don 't care about safety, quality, or customers. Absolutely disgusting store with flour and green stuff on the floor in the kitchen first thimg in the morning from not being cleaned the night before. Does not make sense and the kid running it does not know how to manage. Running that store in the ground and getting paid to do it. Does not respect employees or customers.
