Since the fire and the covid it was not that we could look forward to a special occasion. we sat 20 minutes after our reservation time and spent this time in th... read more Since the fire and the covid it was not that we could look forward to a special occasion. we sat 20 minutes after our reservation time and spent this time in the bar. the bar area was much bigger than the last layout they had, but it's somehow not big enough. felt as if they were overwhelmed by tables, which led to it. the menu was quite similar to what I remembered, but the prices were significantly higher. definitiw has the upscale, casual mood and I expect to pay more, but $18 20 for a cocktail are new york city prices not knowtt square. we all ended up with pasta dishes that were all delicious and those were all reasonable prices. the amuse bouche was delicious cauliflower and fennel. the cinnamon roll bread pudding was a great choice and the birthday cake enjoyed it with the cute birthday candle. total a pleasant meal, but some things to consider on menu and service. Definitiw do not pay $40 for huh, so the price on which deserves a consideration if they have pasta on the menu, brot for the table should check a certain server on those not drink alcohol also for refills if a party of four adult have 3 taking leftovers put them in separate pockets put them in a pocket with pay does not help to find out what belongs to them, especially if

Awesome, awesome. wish one like it was closer to me. but it is a nice country drive down beautiful route 82 to get there. and then I can go shopping in Kennett sq. as an extra treat. I believe this should be a Michelin Star restaurant. From the time you are welcomed in by the friendly staff to the moment you sit down for service, the entire dining experience is above and beyond what anyone can expect. The bartenders are extremely well-versed in anything that you like to have made to pair with your various courses. The attention to detail in preparing the food and drinks is outstanding. A special mention goes to our amazing server, Francesca, who we've been fortunate to have each time. She really knows her stuff and has never steered us wrong with her recommendations. I highly recommend this place. I ordered the steak, and that creamed corn was to die for! My son had the squid ink seafood dish, and everything was just delicious.
