I was intrigued by the Mediterranean/Mexican fusion concept, and the cafeteria-style eatery with multiple business options had a nice atmosphere. The menu was straightforward with options like salad, platter, burrito, and bowl. I regretted not trying the falafel as my chicken was bland and dry. The roasted peppers were tasty, but the hummus and rice were plain. The feta, olives, and cabbage mix garnishes could have elevated the dish if the cabbage had been marinated in the delicious lemon garlic dressing for an extra charge. The small portions of each component, along with the thin tzatziki dressing, left something to be desired. The best parts were the two dressings and the vegetable, but overall the meal fell short. I left wishing I had chosen something else for lunch. My companion had the Korean food near the entrance and loved it. The service was satisfactory, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Overall, the experience was lacking in flavor and value for the price.

The chips were good and seemed to be made in house. The guacamole was some of the best I've ever had. But chips and guacamole shouldn't be theonly thing done well.

My wife is vegetarian while I'm a... read more Jose (the chef) is an awesome dude, and he went above and beyond to give my wife and I the specific food we were looking for. My wife is vegetarian while I'm a meat eater, so we wanted specific items in each bowl. Jose even offered us an extra hummus cup onthe side when we felt the original portion of hummus was too small. The food is unpretentious the chicken in the Mexican bowlwas very well seasoned, and the Mediterranean platter looked and tasted lovely. Overall, Kaboburritos is a great place tohangout with fantastic live music and a solid, delicious meal.
