However, during peak hours, if someone ahead of me has multiple complicated orders, it can lead to delays. This is especially true since there is often only one person handling both food preparation and the cash register.

I won’t be coming back to this location. I've attached a video that showcases my experience, which I find quite disappointing. This restaurant should feel ashamed. Additionally, the ice machine was broken, though I didn't place an order myself.

The staff at the counter gave me the wrong cookies and overloaded my sandwich with mustard, forcing me to use multiple napkins just to make it palatable. On top of that, the employees were quite rude to both my group and the other customers waiting in line. My friend, who had pre-ordered his sandwich online before I arrived, still hadn’t received his order even after I finished eating and spent ten minutes on Facebook. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory visit.

They weren't even discreet, holding th... read more I've never been to a Subway where the employee spent the entire time on their personal phone while preparing my sandwich! They weren't even discreet, holding the phone to their ear as they took orders. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I'm surprised she got my order right since she asked what I wanted but kept talking on the phone. There was no greeting when I arrived or even a "have a good day" when I left. The menu offers great options, but the poor service really affected my experience.

Even at that late hour, the staff was friendly an... read more After a long journey, we decided to grab a late-night meal around 9:00 PM, right before the restaurant closed. Even at that late hour, the staff was friendly and attentive. We ordered a sub sandwich and a pizza. When we got home about 12 minutes later, the food was still warm. It was my first time trying Subway's pizza, and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was. Enjoy!
