Stingray's Grill
Description
Stingray’s Grill delivers towering, fresh seafood platters and big Southern flavors — fried favorites, Zydeco fish, hush puppies and a standout bread pudding — alongside potent, well-crafted cocktails and $5 happy-hour martinis. Warm, homey service often shines, making it a popular stop for families, groups and tourists. Experiences vary: some praise attentive staff and large portions, while others report order mistakes, over-fried dishes and a strict no-exchange drink policy. Great for seafood lovers seeking hearty, casual New Orleans fare.

I give one star because the food wasn't that good. The drink called the swamp was awful tasting. I asked for a different drink and they refused to exchange it for something else. Or not add it to my tab. I have been to several restaurants and never heardof this before. This was my first and last time. The spinach dip wasn't good. The Mac and cheese was good.
Great service! Nice atmosphere, a variety of $5 Martini's on the happy hour menu.
I definitely make sure you get what you ordered cuz I didn't. I ordered have fish and a half shrimp. I ate the shrimp side an the rest I save it for snack later that evening. Few hours later I was about to heat it up an to my surprise it was shrimp. theygave me a whole poor boy with shrimp when I asked for half shrimp and half fish I was definitely disappointed when I got homeand kind of teed off I throw it away I couldn't do anything about it cause past a few hours. yes definitely not returning at alland I wouldn't recommend eating there either.
The food is delicious! The wait staff and bartenders are friendly! They have seafood and non seafood options.
I recently dined at Stingray's Grill for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. Our waitress was exceptionally attentive and friendly, making the experience very pleasant. I tried the Zydeco Fish with hush puppies and red beans and rice. The Zydeco Fish and hush puppies were delicious, though the red beans and rice were a little bland for me. The standout was definitely the bread pudding — absolutely fantastic! I would definitely come back just for that dessert. Stingray's Grill will definitely be one of my favorite spots when I return to New Orleans.
