What User doesn't like about Pollo Campero:
the meal itself was quite good. but the service was poor. with only 1 other customers ahead, wait for about 15 minutes seemed too long. the room of men was in desperate need of service. View all feedback. What User likes about Pollo Campero:
I believe I dined at this restaurant in the past, but it's been so long I can't quite recall. The dish I had reminded me of something I ate in Orlando. I'm not sure if it's the same chain or not. The food was delicious, particularly the grilled chicken with Campero rice. Every item was served hot and fresh. I would certainly return to dine here again! View all feedback.

read moreThis restaurant entices diners with its delicious offerings, particularly the juicy fried chicken and flavorful sides like Campero rice and Yucca fries. However, dining experiences are often marred by inconsistent service, with reports of lengthy waits and unprofessional staff. Gluten-free options are limited, leaving some guests feeling overlooked. Although the food garners praise for its quality and freshness, the lack of attention from management to service and operational efficiency raises concerns. While the flavors tantalize taste buds, patrons are left hoping for better service on future visits. A visit may be worthwhile, but patience is advised.
