Countless time... read more If I could honestly give this place a 0 I would. Out of all food places chick fil a is my favorite. But this location has to be by far the worst. Countless times I order from this location giving them an opportunity to better its self. Yet it seems it has gone from bad to worse every time. I order the same thing every time and it never fails that I receive my order wrong. It?s not fair for me to wait more than 20 minutes in curbside to get my order wrong and have to waste my time and gas expecting this. Also did not receive straws with the drinks and instead of placing my order in a plastic bag to avoid it getting wet i received my order all wet from the rain as well as cold. Beyond disappointed.

Lately, it?s like any one we go to we?ve been getting popeyes or McDonald?s quality customer service but here wascompletely different. Kai (I hope I?m spelling it right) was sooo sweet and awesome! Will definitely be back to this locationwhen we make our way to this side again!
