Located conveniently near the airport in New Orleans, this Italian restaurant offers a variety of dishes. One reviewer enjoyed the caprese salad but was unsure about the minestrone soup. Came on Sunday in the middle of the afternoon and they were not busy. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Jambalaya past was good as the chocolate cake.
I think this place is past its prime. I leave a lot of reviews and usually don?t relate a poor experience, but there is much room for improvement here. Very trashy outside literally trash everywhere even inside the lobby there was an urn that had trash in it. Decor appeared to have not been updated since inception. Multiple issues with food and drink orders I ordered veal parm and recd a chicken dish but at that point we were just ready to leave. Table next to us got up and left before their orders were even taken. I was charged for my order and the couple we were with. Whatever I ate was somewhat tasty and that?s why there are two stars on this review. Was expecting more based on reviews but was disappointed. Would seek alternatives.
As the name suggests, the pizza is the best food item we had here. There is an extensive wine list (by the glass or bottle) and pairing suggestions with the entrees. Our waitress was excellent. The restrooms could use some serious attention, though.
Not the best, but it'll get the job done. The appetizers and pizza were decent.
We got the Margherita Pizza and it was amazing!!! Oh so good that I ate way more than I normally do. Our waitress was amazing, very attentive and gives great recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed this place. Highly recommend.
