We were lucky to get a table as we had not booked a... read more We stumbled across this place on a Sunday afternoon whilst out for a drive and looking for somewhere to eat. We were lucky to get a table as we had not booked and basically just walked in (after Covid checks and all). It was a busy place, full tables of couples and families, but not noisy or crowded. The food was really good great menu, something for everyone. The staff were attentive and lovely. We would definitely recommend this place. Hopefully will be going back in the future for another visit.

However, in recent months, the Headfort have set up the Garden Grill and we booked here for our end of year lunch keeping to restrictions. Loreena the team couldn't have been more attentive. We tried several different cocktails and they were all delicious!! The food was the usual high standard you expect from the Headfort and the new containers/packaging' had an almost festival vibe to it. I highly recommend the burger and the pizzas in the wood oven. Delighted to see businesses embracing compostable containers. The constant cleaning and staff awareness of heightened hygiene measures was clearly evident. Thanks again to everyone at the Headfort for a wonderful afternoon.
