After having some disappointing meals at other places, I was delighted by the excellent service and high-quality food here. The appetizers and sauces were definitely the highlights of the meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning in the future.

I have tried many Indian restaur... read more Khyber Gardens is the ultimate place for curry. I used to always go here without fail, until I started exploring other options. I have tried many Indian restaurants in my area, some good, some bad, but none compare to Khyber Gardens. The chefs deserve huge credit for consistently delivering top-notch food every time. You can always count on a delicious meal, served by friendly staff in a charming atmosphere perfect for good conversations. The popadoms are generous and the dipping sauces are flavorful and of high quality. The vindaloo is spicy and full of flavor, a difficult balance to achieve but they nail it. The peshwari naan is so delicious that it made me switch from garlic naan. The madras is also superb. Whenever I introduce friends to Indian cuisine, this is where I take them. Without a doubt, Khyber Gardens is the best in the business.

The service is great; kind and prompt. The food is underwhelming. Nothing was terrible but nothing has me wanting to go back. I'm fortunate enough to have had Indian food in both Manchester and Toronto so my expectations may be quite high. I found the flavours to be weak and lacked dimension. €17 for a main dish before adding rice or naan is a lot for a small bowl of food containing maybe half a chicken breast. The menu and prices advertised outside are quite outdated (prices are significantly more than on the outside menu).
