From initial communication with Laura it was a seamless e... read more We visited The Bective for a hen party last Saturday and I couldn’t rate the experience highly enough. From initial communication with Laura it was a seamless experience to organise logistics and menu. We were booked in the garden room which is tucked away in the back and lovely and private for group bookings. Even on a rainy night the garden room was cosy and felt really intimate. A worry when in a separate space is that service will suffer but the staff couldn’t have been more attentive, on hand to accommodate the many drinks orders. We had a set menu which was brilliant value and all of the food was exceptional and delivered in a timely manner…no small feat when there is a large group. A big thanks to the gents who served us and were brilliant craic and to Laura for making the whole experience so stress free. Would highly recommend for any large group bookings and hen parties…most establishments aren’t so welcoming but The Bective ensured our group had a brilliant night!

We had the most wonderful meal... starters mains and dessert were all exceptional... the staff were more than helpful and friendly... we booked the latest sitti... read more We had the most wonderful meal... starters mains and dessert were all exceptional... the staff were more than helpful and friendly... we booked the latest sitting and still weren't rushed or felt we received an inferior service... we didn't leave a tip because we assumed we had cash which we subsequently didn't... but it certainly wasn't a reflection on the meal or the service... we will be back again soon and will bring the tip! Thank you!
