Waffle House does a fantastic job with employee training. The staff is always friendly and takes pride in being part of the Waffle House team. I just wish the experience could be a little better overall. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Waffle House:
Unfortunately, we didn't get the chance to eat there because we were turned away at the door. They told us they were closed due to a change in staff, and they had stopped taking orders. It would have been nice if they had taken a different approach and explained that the staffing change might cause some delays. Instead, the message came across as very abrupt, almost like they didn’t want to deal with customers at all... View all feedback.
It's what you come to expect from a waffle House good slightly greasy breakfast. There was one single guy working in the middle of a snowstorm. He wasn't the happiest fella, considering the situation I wasn't holding it against him. Food was great.
Food was good! So much we couldn’t eat it all. I can’t remember her name but our waitress was top notch. Would go back again.
Great place. We went during Jess Mike’s very busy shift and they did an awesome job working together. Our food came out quickly and it was great.
Perhaps the most enlightening excursion I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Right in the door, I felt at home as Quinn and Chelsea served and made sure our Waffle House outing was the best it could be. Both of these employees made sure the food was great and the vibes were good. Cannot recommend enough.
Waffle House is my go to place for early morning and late night meals. Over the years I haven’t been able to eat their as much due to the hours and limited staff. What I’m most disappointed in is the fact that they will charge me a to-go service fee when I have no other choice but to use to-go
