I visited just for the waffle fries, and they were delicious! I drove 20 minutes across town for them. The only downside was that it took 15 minutes for my order to arrive, even though the bar was only about half full with around 14 people. View all feedback.
What gacha gurl doesn't like about Ugly Joe's:
We came in and found a table, the waitress that came was very rude to us and even glared at me 3 times. She got an attitude with most of our table and even yelled at someone from my table. View all feedback.
It was a unique experience. I was not expecting such a great place like Ugly Joe 's ,especially in Kansas, which people erroneously say is a boring town. Kansas in great! Extremely friendly and exciting! I can 't wait to come back and have more of those delicious waffle fries! And before I forget, everything is very affordable!
Food was good, I've been several times. However it is always flipping FREEZING in there.
Waitress stated a certain price for drink special, ticket reflected differently.. waitress also delivered beer and soft drinks with child on her hip. Manager was rude and unprofessional when 5 different customers stated there was something wrong with the ticket and when informed of waitress delivering drinks with child on hip manager didn’t seemed concerned at all. Will never return to that establishment. Owner needs to do something about the waitress delivering drinks with baby on hip. health department would not approve of this type of service.
Your best dive bar in southern KC. Lots of TVs and friendly staff.
Only have 2 pool tables that's what me and my friends and I came for no one .said anything
