Taco Bell - Kansas City

Very slow. I moved on order and they had never shut off the loudspeaker from the previous order and I could hear there within talks. they forgot to give me the drink that came with my command. So I had to go back to the end of the line. So it took 49 minutes to serve at this place. they should stop referring to taco bell as almost food restaurant because it is not. the only thing that is fast is the employees who deal with them

How does Taco Bell not have Hard shell tacos? Atleast the young lady running the drive thru was super nice!!

I ordered 4 meximelts. Since it?s no longer sold by Taco Bell they will sell a cheesy roll up and add beef and pico. I got home and all 4 had only pick and cheese no beef. Called the store to get my food replaced. No one ever picked up. Filed a complaint on the website and still have had not a word from them. I disputed the charges on my account and got my money back. I won?t be eating here again.

They have become better. I don't know if it's a new staff or what, but they started to make my order right.

They do not accept closing until 1 hour. I put my order there the app at 1150 clock, arrived at 12 clock (midnight) and they were closed. I called the load and the manager said I was just her, she was very rude. she said we had to refund the app and that she didn't know how, then hanged on us.
