Subway - Kansas City

I visited this Subway location on Thursday, April 28th to pick up a sandwich for lunch. It was the cleanest Subway restaurant I have ever been to. Everything was fresh and the sandwich was delicious. I received plenty of the ingredients I requested. Using my Subway app to pay was easy and efficient. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning in the future.

I visit this Subway location every week. The customer service today was terrible. They were out of ham, and when I asked for a substitute meat for my sandwich, they refused without charging me an extra $2. Additionally, there have been multiple occasions where they made my sandwich incorrectly and then blamed me for the mistake. I would recommend avoiding this Subway location.

I would like to express my gratitude to the woman who frequently works at this restaurant (I apologize for not checking her name tag!). She provided top-notch customer service that I haven't experienced in quite some time. Her smile, positive attitude, and impressive memory never fail to brighten my day.

I had a fantastic time at this restaurant. The place was spotless, the service was quick, and the owners were very welcoming.

I will not be returning to this restaurant again. They refused to accept my credit card and the service was very rude.
