Here for the first time with some friends from Kansas City. Absolutely in love with the second I went into amazing people, atmosphere, drinks and music. We ordered two Moscow mules and Patrick HIMSELF left to pick ginger beer on the street to make the drink for us. I mean, literally doesn't get more hands than that. Bartender was attentive, nice and very sweet. She had a very heavy pour and the cost was certainly reasonable. The crowd/guest were friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was clean, too. I'd certainly go again... Even if there is no grill. 5 stars, for sure.
This place is a blast, especially once you've been a few times and meet some of the regs. Laid back. Usually not too crowded. Lots of TVs and a good layout. Staff simultaneously friendly and surly, in a good way. My favorite KC dive
