Thank you for reminding me of what Panera Bread used to be like—clean, tidy, and staffed by friendly, helpful employees. A special shoutout to Jessica at the front desk! She was outstanding in meeting my food and order needs and truly went above and beyond. During my two-hour visit, she worked tirelessly to ensure the lobby and restaurant were well-stocked, clean, and welcoming, all while also assisting customers who... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
The food is excellent, but I’m a member of the Sip Club and work nearby. I've noticed that there is often black mold growing on the tap handles. They really need to enforce stricter cleaning procedures, as it’s quite obvious they aren’t cleaned daily. View all feedback.
The most exciting thing about this Panera is you don't know what might be missing from your order. Is it the mayo on your sandwich, or perhaps you're missing the dressing for your salad, maybe they added chicken to an otherwise vegetarian dish? Today I was disappointed to find that my parfait was missing the crunchy granola goodness and most of the yogurt. Panera, I appreciate your tests to make sure that I'm paying attention but it's far too early and I work too long of hours for these antics. Can I offer a truce? The staff however is always very kind and quick to remedy any mistakes. I write this review as a heads up to everyone to double check your order before you leave the area so you can catch any mistakes before you get back home.
Hey we stopped at Panera on State line today around 1pm. the pick 2 was awesome! and I picked up an orange scone thinking I would just get some tea to make it easier to eat.... since it was way late in the day, I figured it would be a little dry.... no sir. It was like they had just made them. The keep things fresh and service was great. Stop by anytime. Great staff!
I tried to go through the drive. order 8 sandwiches and a dozen bagels and 8 orange juices. while waiting for the order, the rude manager I've ever met came into the window and cried to order too much. said: I was not allowed to order this through the drive. I told her I wanted to move forward, but she screamed again. she was never in a big family. rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude rude ruthless people out there in these days.
Just tried to go through the drive through. Ordered 8 sandwiches and a dozen bagels and 8 orange juices. While waiting for the order the rudest manager I have ever met came to the window and yelled at me for ordering too much. Said I wasn't allowed to order this through the drive though. I told her I was willing to pull forward but she yelled again. Guess she has never been around a large family. Rude rude rude people out there these days.
I NORMALLY LIKE THIS PANERA. Never had an issue before with early closing. But FYI they decided to have their doors locked an hr early. I arrived early for an online prepaid order for 9:15pm and was welcomed with locked doors. I had to walk around to the drive thru to even get them to answer the doors. I called 3 times no answer. Once I knocked on the drive thru window there are all the employees in back smirking at the window. With one eating and just looking at me. One guy answers the drive thru window I explain the issue and while cutting me off with the most blank Stare says what's the name on the order 2 times. Wich I reply with my name twice. He hands it out the window and walks off before I could even check anything. I can understand wanting to go home early I work in sales but to accept an order that's paid for and scheduled and STILLL close the doors early is rude. And to not answer the phone KNOWING you have someone's paid for meal is just beyond me.
