I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but this McDonald's is definitely one of the best I've experienced. My food always arrives quickly, my orders have never been incorrect, and the staff is friendly. I visit this location frequently. toya was the worker who picked up our order. she was very rude and very short with us and we love people who did not deserve their attitude. there was a man I believe to be the night leader, eddie, who walked past the two different windows so that he could see us evil eyes. This location, along with the Family Dollar on Independence Avenue, has become two of my least favorite places to shop. I can only give it one star because I can't give less. There's no person or menu item that makes this a pleasant dining experience. Save your time and look for any other McDonald's! I can guarantee that you’ll find a better quality experience elsewhere.
The service was extremely slow—really, it felt like it took forever! The older gentleman at the front counter was very friendly, but I could hear the drive-thru employees critiquing him, telling him he needed to pick up the pace. It felt a bit harsh, and overall, I wasn't impressed with the experience.

Literally the worst fucking McDonald's ever worst service and employees wouldn't recommend coming here if your life depended on it
An impeccable team with an award winning chef behind the fryer. Not only are the hash browns as creamy as my great grand-papi's homemade cream cheese, but they are also as crispy on the outside as burnt toast. My personal favorite. With just enough grease to improve a hangover but not quite enough to have a heart attack, the McDonald's crew understands America's greatest needs. Thank you for your service and god bless McDonald's. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
