Longboards Wraps Bowls - Kansas City

I placed an online order at this restaurant. There was no one in the store when I arrived to pick up my order, and no one answered the phone when I called. Ten minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, I had to call out to see if anyone was in the back. Two employees came out of an office and seemed clueless about my order. They didn't wash their hands before starting to make my food. I regret not trying something else.

I used to order from this restaurant frequently, but recently I ordered a cabo chicken wrap and found four strands of hair in it.

And this is why I always go to the one off North Oak and Englewood. Ordered doordash and this is what I received. The outside is so burnt it’s inedible. Partial refund by doordash. Very inconvenient.

Staff was nice. service was super quick.honestly no better food place for a quick bite. food is always high quality and made to order. hot and fresh every time.
