The chicken was extremely dry, perhaps it had been out for several hours already. They should remove the chickens that are already dry by the time they've been out there. That way, they will only lose customers.

My favorite place to get a rotisserie chicken. Plus you get a small pack of tortillas and salsa. Save the bones and boil for a great broth.
