I ordered the 8-piece extra crispy family meal. I devoured two pieces and some sides as soon as I got home. There was something off about the chicken's taste. Later, I found a piece of cold chicken, and it had a rancid smell. The oil definitely needs to be changed, or something is wrong with the chicken. I usually love kfc original recipe, but the last several times we have chicken from this place getting the huh is hard and rubbery. not up to kfc standards. hopefully someone corrects the problems with this load.
I showed up at 9:10 and was told if order whenever you're ready i kept trying to order and they werent answering me I went back around so the drive-thru when again they said order whenever you're ready I kept trying to order and nobody would say anything so I pulled up to the window thinking their voice box thing is broken but no instead they ignore me literally make eye contact with the manager with pink hair literally did nothing or come to the window at all it's horrible customer service I will never be back in if I could give zero Stars I would even if you didn't want to take my order cuz you're about to close that's fine...but purely ignoring was horrible I left at 9:28....
Last 3 times there something is always wrong. Last time one of the 3 piece meals only had 2 pieces. Fries have been left out before. Wrong sides have been given.I received half of a biscuit once. When you call to complain they never answer the phone.
I have always loved KFC. But I won't ever go to this location again. 2nd time I waited 15 minutes and wasn't even close to being able to place my order. I went down to Go Chicken Go, which is good chicken but not KFC, walked in, placed my order in 1 minute of wait and in less than 1 minute waiting for my order to be filled my 3 piece dinner with roll, potatoes/gravy and cole slaw was in my hands. Too bad. Whoever owns or manages this location needs to figure it out or close it down because it is bad for the brand.
I ordered 3 wings, got home just to see they gave me 3 legs and they charged me same price as wings, I should have checked my bag before I drove off, they getting like McDonald's now messing up orders, some fastfood places don't need no raise cause they always messing orders up. Oh yeah dissatisfied customer here. DO BETTER.
