Every time I order from this specific store, I receive the most incomplete sub imaginable. They can't seem to follow a simple order that clearly states "no onions or tomatoes." Instead, they remove nearly everything except for the meat—no sauce, no lettuce, nothing at all. Always good. a lot of change on the menu and a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, so they can also choose any drink they want. fast, service is beautiful and always clean. good work firehouse subs!
Stood in front of the online pickup counter for 15 minutes while employee after employee refused to acknowledge me, finally I go up there to ask and the food has been sitting behind the counter (not the order pickup station) the whole time. Customer service definitely lacking at this store.
The employees have very good customer service skills and the sandwiches are great. that said they are slow, in which about 20 minutes later.

Got a few subs today for my wife and I. I was very impressed by the friendly staff and quick service. One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks Firehouse!
