Equal Minded Cafe - Kansas City

Got the check to check out Equal Minded Cafe and it was great. It was super close to where I live and street parking is available. We went on a Saturday morning and it wasn't too busy.There is a decent amount of seating throughout the space and the ordering counter is easy to find. The menu had many drink options and flavors to choose from. I got a sugar free caramel latte that was solid. The Blueberry Good-mornings were delicious. I would highly recommend checking them out. They also play really good music and service is super welcoming!

Me and my girlfriend ordered to go. She got the frappe which was really good. I just got an iced coffee. I don't know what brew they used but I have never had an iced coffee that tasted like legit Budweiser. I've been sober for 4 years and right when the coffee hit my tastebuds a flood of bad memories came back. I had 4 different coworkers try it to much sure I wasn't going crazy and they all said it tasted like watered down beer. I'd be happy to come back and try again but this was the weirdest experience I've had with a coffee shop.

My partner and I drove to KC this weekend from Lawrence and loved every minute! Some of the best food I’ve ever had, excellent coffee and a great atmosphere! All of the employees were very kind and I will definitely be back!

I absolutely LOVE Equal Minded! I was able to try their new breakfast menu. The Keep It Simple sand-which was perfect, they even got the fresh pico on point! Definitely will be back
