We arrived quite late, and the staff member who took care of us was amazing. He was so kind that we genuinely felt welcomed, even at such a late hour. I just wanted to mention that if any manager is reading this, he definitely deserves a raise. Unfortunately, I forgot to catch his name, but I haven’t received such great service in a long time, and I’m truly impressed! View all feedback.

Went late night after spending all day at worlds of fun! Coke was out of order. And the kitchen was a mess. Food was ok. The burgers were flattend and fries were all over the bottom of the bag View all feedback.
I will never eat here again, I got food poisoning by eating here 19 went late in the night the next morning I had bad diarrhea I kelp still is, had fever, and all. they are not clean, they do not clean these ice machines or food machines this is not okay. I'll contact the health department tomorrow morning.

Fries were good. cashier had attitude and manager had to reprimand her in front of everyone several times. took forever for my food.
I found the current staff to be friendly and efficient. I noted that the dine-in area appeared clean and presentable. I will return.
The lady that took our order was rude. She instantly dismissed us while we were going thru the drive thru. I wasn’t finished with ordering. Then once we got the food I found a hair in my food. I am beyond discussed with this place and will never return to this Burger King again
