This was the worst experience I've ever had. It was incredibly overpriced—$22 for a steak that was smaller than a Twinkie! The steak was so tiny that the two shrimp on top completely overwhelmed it. My wings were incredible! I ordered buffalo wings, and they were far from just a thick buffalo dip that barely spreads like peanut butter. My wife picked up the order and requested extra condiments like ketchup and ranch, along with napkins for our family. The staff member rolled her eyes, indicating it should be included, and it was. However, I’d gladly drive further just to go to a different place. It’s nice that we’re not just feeding our family fries anymore. The hotel is conveniently connected to Applebee's.

I visited this restaurant on a night when there were unfortunately only two servers working. While waiting for a table, my friend and I found ourselves irritated by the comments of others who were already eating. I commend the staff for their ability to handle a challenging situation, especially since many new guests were expressing their frustrations. It’s important to remember that servers are human too and deserve to be treated with respect.
Ordered a medium rare 8 oz sirloin. I have this sad, overhauled 5 ounces shoe leather. with all the great places to eat in the kansas city metro, they don't waste their hard earned dollar here.
I called my order in for curbside service at the rainbows location. I pulled up and waited for ten minutes before I called the posted number three times, no answer. I waited another ten minutes, because I thought that maybe they were busy inside. After waiting for a little over twenty minutes , I decided to go in. As I was walking towards the door , I could see a lady watching me. This same lady asked for my name and said to me, oh yours is in the back. After handing her my cash, she decided to sit my change on the counter. This lady saw my car and knew that I was calling and was very disrespectful for sitting my change on the counter. Another customer came in behind me and after talking to him, he informed me that they don 't come out to cars, because they 're understaffed . This was something that the lady could 've explained to me over the phone. I was tired from a long day at work and didn 't appreciate her watching me the entire time , while ignoring my calls. The worse part, is that they weren 't busy at all.
