This place is fine, but don't expect to always get what you want. I've ordered a few Orange Julius drinks and ice cream that were great. However, I've also been disappointed with them not delivering their menu. One time I ordered a custom ice cream cake online to be picked up here. Grateful forJason and manager Ron at Dairy Queen I was unable to talk Ron into doing a table dance but he was definitely on top of things busy day at the mall but I was able to get my small cone dipped in chocolate with some extra gift cards to regift to the workers cleaning tables I try to always be aware of the people around me that are doing good sometimes they get overlooked anti was so grateful for her gift card I am never leaving Paradise such an amazing place I am honored to call it home for the past 4 years enjoy your time here it is a magical place Aloha

Ordered thru UberEats, both of our blizzards had very little toppings in the ice cream. Oreo blizzard was mostly vanilla ice cream and strawberry chocolate chip had very little chocolate chips and strawberry swirl. Very disappointed since we ordered them to be delivered. Lost my trust in this location.
Drove from town to get ice cream since we haven't had DQ in forever! And of course they're closed early machines broken and out of mix was the excuse super disappointed.....
