Customers should be cautious when selecting items from the menu. Unfortunately, mojitos were not available during the visit.

Nimanthi is the Manager on duty.., Very rude to the customers and she dont know how to handle the customers request's.. We orders Family meal and tow of us are vegetarian.., we requested to give us 2 portion of onin sambol and remove some chicken nuggets from the meal.., she cale to argive with us to pay separate for the onion sambol..,its not matter to pay some extra.., but she behave very badly.. Finally we left from the outlet with my baby hungry and angry..., Never recommended to visit peradeniya KFC.. with familly... Very poor and bad service...,
