I think the title says it all. The food was very slow coming, about 45 or 50 minutes from order to serve. When it came the chicken (all four of us had basically the same) was at best lukewarm and really closer to cold, the...pasta was cold and the vegetables on the plate were raw Literally raw, as in unsteamed/uncooked, just plain raw. Service lacks beyond anythingIt took forever for our server to come greet us, to take our order, and give us our drinks__The food is not good.
Every time family comes to town we always choose east side Mario's in bells corners.
I would like to bring up a few concernsTwo years ago we would frequent their amazing rooftop patio.
Half quiet night. service was good. great offer runs until Saturday 3rd October, there are 7 options and they choose one, then they get a free extra food. good deal and it includes everything you can eat brot and suppe or salat.
The food was okay, but the service was 5 stars. branded wine from the waiter came out after the tellers were delivered and my wife said not to eat them until he checked something. he came a moment later with a clear one. the dinner was not served on the special green dishes for gluten-free. we were so impressed.
