We ordered at the Drive thru. Was told to drive around to the front to wait for our food. Took 17 minutes to get 2 burgers and fries. Customer service definitely needs to be addressed. Food was good though. View all feedback.
I thought there was a blizzard special on facebook. However, when I got there, they notified me that it as only for the USA. So I bought a dip cone instead which was expensive for what it is. The garbage can was full and no one really took care of it.
Charged me more than the food was actually supposed to cost and didn’t even give me everything I ordered.
I have been going here for a couple years since its near our house and never had any issues but the last two times I visited, it was awful. Firstly, the employees all look like they hate there jobs and seem to be under pressure from the management. Mainly though, the last two times I visited (couple of days/weeks apart) they forgot about my order! TWICE! in a row! I ordered and stood waiting for ages as people all around me got their orders until finally I let them know. I got my icecream eventually but they never even said sorry! Not a great use of time, want a nice ice cream experience ? Go to Brett's.
Just uncomfortable setting, just want to enjoy my fave blizzard as I remember it, seems not much care going into the blizzards at this location
Very friendly staff. Extremely rare in the fast food industry. Customer for life.
