However, entering the restaurant was a bit confusing as there were lack of signs to direct you, which may be the fault of the hotel rather than the restaurant itself. The service was not up to par, possibly due to the restaurant being in the middle of a menu change, leading to confusion about drink selections. There were also staff in training seen hanging out at the bar during a break, commenting on how bored they were, leading to an awkward moment where the bartender was scolded in the quiet atmosphere. It felt like a diner and a show experience.

Our server mentioned that we were an addition to her section, which was in the main dining area, so it was likely that our service was not as attentive as those in the main area. With last call approaching within an hour of our arrival, we felt rushed and unsure if we would be able to order more than water and an appetizer before the kitchen closed. If booking online, it is recommended to call the restaurant after to confirm your reservation and ensure that you will be seated as expected.
