I explained to them I’m celiac and cannot have gluten, doubled checked everything I was getting was gf to which they said yes. The next time my mom was ordering for me and she ended up having to ask the manager because the other workers didn’t know what was gf. Found out the dish I got that I thought was gf was not.

The bag delivered had my name on it but it was... read more Im not sure where the order went wrong. My husband ordered me a noodle box with chicken and gluten free noodles. The bag delivered had my name on it but it was not my order. It was some sort of noodle box with tofu and chow mein noodles which I cannot eat. I immediately contacted DoorDash support who let me know that Wok Box is now closed for delivery. she was very helpful but I am without dinner now, sick in bed, and the system only refunded the cost of food and service fee. I am still out $6.12 for the tax and tip!!!

The dishes were served in cheap cardboard containers, which tried to disguise their small portions with a flashy corporate logo. Despite the high prices, the quality of the food did not match up, especially considering the amount that suppliers are charging. Overall, it was not worth the money spent.
