The restaurant was bustling but the service was excellent. We were seated in a cozy window booth for two. We were able to make a substitution without any problems, which we appreciated. The food was absolutely delicious.

We were disappointed to find that the bowl only had carrots, onions, and a few peppers as vegetables, and the food was not flavorful or spicy. It seems like Earls is cutting corners on their $21 rice bowl. It's clear that the managers are not paying attention to the quality of the dishes being served. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant. Just be chill and enjoy your meal.
