I’m a regular customer, even driving all the way... read more I have a family of four, and we visit this location once a week, usually spending around $50 to $60 each time. I’m a regular customer, even driving all the way from Livingston, despite having a closer location nearby. The reason I choose this spot is because my friend Kirstin works here, and I enjoy seeing her occasionally. However, I recently had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant. The manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional—she truly should be dismissed. From what I’ve heard, this isn’t the first complaint about her behavior, so I don’t understand why she’s still employed. This location clearly lacks effective management. If it were possible, I would give negative stars. I spend about $3,000 a year here, but after this experience, I’m taking my business elsewhere. If my friend lets me know that the problematic staff have been removed, I might consider returning. Until then, I’m done. People already face enough challenges with COVID—we don’t need poor service from someone who claims to be a manager. They need to get it together. If anyone wants to discuss this further, Kirstin has my number. I’m extremely disappointed in the management.
