However, the restaurant loses a star because of its tipping policy, which feels mandatory for customers. Tipping should be reserved for service, but here, they not only don’t cook your food, they also don’t have to clean up after you. The lost star stems from the fact that they pay wages low enough to necessitate tips, despite only providing a packaged product. They should consider addressing their wage structure instead of relying on tips as part of their business model.

I am so thrilled, it was for my birthday and my 3 year old was really hoping for pizza. I'm just so thankful! Such a great pizza place!

We ordered a pizza with artichoke, chicken, and bacon, but when we received it, there was no chicken on it. When I called to let them know, the response I got was, "Did you order the red sauce?" I was confused, as I have been ordering from them for the past five years and that has never changed. When I got home with the pizza and noticed the chicken was missing, I didn't understand how the red sauce could mean it wouldn't come with chicken. To make matters worse, they wanted me to return the pizza to get a replacement. It was already 8:00 PM, and my family was ready to eat. Asking me to bring the pizza back was unreasonable, and then they hung up on me. The bottom line is that they made an error with my order, and rather than admitting the mistake and apologizing, they offered a measly $3 for half of the pizza that was prepared correctly. This whole experience felt very unprofessional, and it seems like the place is run by teenagers. I used to love this restaurant, but I can no longer recommend it. The customer service is horrendous, there's no drive-through, and their communication with customers leaves a lot to be desired. I would rate this place as worth skipping.
