Mcdonald's - Kalispell

After spending $22 on two meals, they messed up my order. When I brought it to their attention, they suggested I just take it anyway since they were really busy. This was after I had already waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru. I asked them to correct my order, and they told me to pull aside and wait. They made me wait even longer without fixing anything, and it felt like they just spat on my burger. There's no point in saying we won't be back; it’s a definite choice.

The peppermint hot chocolate was excellent, and they even provided us with a drink tray since we ordered several beverages. The fries and Big Mac were great too!

You have to place your order on a computer, which may be convenient for those who are tech-savvy, but I prefer interacting with a real person. The hamburgers are scarce between the bungalows, and they are quite overpriced! I won't be returning.

This was definitely the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to—I've been to sit-down restaurants that were quicker! We had more than 12 people behind us in line, and it seemed to take forever even after we made our payment. On a brighter note, the kids there were really sweet.

Ordered a 20 piece, with the 20 piece it comes with 3 ranches, not even me on their ridiculous soße policy, I ordered an extra ranch, and I did not get any ranched at all, that is not unusual, I will eat my dry nuggies now.
