Bonjour Bakery Bistro - Kalispell

I typically do not leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Bonjour Bakery. Giving them a 1-star rating would be generous. The product I ordered was of poor quality, and the owner was rude and unprofessional when I called to discuss my concerns. I had ordered a dozen gluten-free cupcakes five days in advance, expecting them to be fresh and delicious. However, when I picked them up, they were dry, tasted old, and had clearly been frozen for a long time. When I called to inquire about this, the staff member mentioned they were backlogged and transferred me to the owner. He claimed the cupcakes were made twice a week and frozen for resale, contradicting what his staff had told me. He refused to offer a refund, only a 10% discount on a future purchase, which I found unacceptable given the poor quality of the product. The owner was extremely rude and dismissive, showing no concern for my experience or feedback. In fact, he told me he didn't care if I left a bad review and used inappropriate language before hanging up. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Bonjour Bakery.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My almond cappuccino tasted rancid, and I was served a latte instead of the cappuccino I ordered. Additionally, I ordered a 16 oz drink but received only a 12 oz. The French dip sandwich was tasty but small in size. I requested a side of mustard and horseradish, but it was forgotten. The carrot and sweet potato soup was bland. Overall, it was not a good dining experience.

Bonjour Bakery made my daughter's wedding extremely special and went above and beyond for us. We needed a gluten-free wedding cake and were unsure of the timeline for ordering, but Chris and the staff at Bonjour Bakery came through for us. The cake was absolutely amazing - moist, flavorful, and completely gluten-free. The lemon-raspberry buttercream was delicious and a big hit with my daughter and the guests, making me a hero in their eyes. The true heroes, however, were Chris and Bonjour Bakery. My brother-in-law also tried the croque monsieur and was equally impressed. I can't wait to go back and try more of their offerings next time I'm in Kalispel. Don't hesitate to give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Thank you again Chris and Bonjour! Note: The topper we ordered from elsewhere.

Always absolutely delicious! From their pastries, breads, and lunch I always leave satisfied. They created our wedding cake a year ago which came out absolutely amazing and beautiful- I?ve never had true buttercream frosting the way that they make it. Mywife and I came in after a year since they made our cake, and they remembered us! A photo of our cake is in their white photoalbum on display. This establishment will always have a special place in our hearts! I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Can?t stop bragging about our cake and the incredible and very welcoming service from everyone here, especially Chris and Mario! From the initial phone call, to the cake tasting, to the delivery of the cake, and all the communication in between! Our cakewas beautiful and so delicious! It was a huge hit with our guests! Also our new favorite spot for breakfast!
