Sushi Sushi - Kalamunda

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the very rude male staff member. This morning, the Asian gentleman faced us, and when we tried to communicate what we wanted, he seemed impatient. We had already informed him that we were just exploring the Kalamunda shopping center since it was our first visit. Despite not being busy, he couldn't wait to take our order and didn't show any understanding or patience toward us as customers. In the end, we decided not to order anything, which ruined our Saturday morning. We certainly won't be returning, and I wish I could give zero stars. We are big fans of sushi at Westfield Carousel, but the staff here were very disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant during my recent order. I placed an order at night and had to travel 10 km to reach their location, which was quite difficult. After making this long journey, I discovered that the restaurant was closed. When I asked a nearby restaurant about it, they informed me that this has happened multiple times before, with drivers returning empty-handed again and again. This is extremely unprofessional, as it wastes time, effort, and money for the drivers. I found this situation to be quite scandalous. I attempted to call the restaurant to address the issue, but no one responded. Additionally, their online operating hours are completely inaccurate.

Sushi Sushi have very fresh delicious fish, every day. I have been eating at different locations of Sushi Sushi for many years, and never had a problem. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Most of the time, they can make them to order if you want something specific.Their soy sauce is gluten free and delicious, which is unusual, as other sushi places it isnt. A lot of their sushi rolls are gluten free too. Their sashimi packs are a nice treat as well.If you have not eaten at Sushi Sushi give them a try, you wont be disappointed. If you have never eaten sushi before, Sushi Sushi are the best ones to have your first experience with as they are definitely the freshest and best tasting of all the Sushi shops.

Just got some sushi rolls and experienced horrible customer service. Happened at around 12.30pm 28/02/2021. While ordering my wife was still deciding what to get and the guy serving is let out the biggest sigh and shook his head because she was taking too long. I called him out and asked if he just sighed because she was taking too long, and all of a sudden he didn't speak or understand english anymore. However after this his tune changed and got very friendly and spoke perfect english. Would not get anything from here ever again. Dont support business with useless employees like that. 0 out of 5 stars.
