The worst Panera bread location. Rude staff. Horrible customer service. Placed an order to be ready for pick up at 2:35. I arrived a little early (2:23 to be exact) and they told me I wasn?t going to be helped till 2:35 my pick up time and I have togo inside to pick up the order I can?t do it though drive thru. Makes no sense. I recently hurt my back and getting back surgeryscheduled so going in is extremely hard for me to do as walking is painful. Upon getting my order my frozen coffee wascompletely melted and was no longer enjoyable even tho I went inside the same time they sent an email it was ready. ZERO STARS.
Went through the drive thru for the 1st time in a while. Pretty simple, but next time I will start my order off with, I don 't come here often so I 'm not aware of the menu. This way the staff is more friendly.
Terrible service, I got a soup and sandwich and I couldn?t even eat my San which bc the bread was so hard and there was one piece of bacon on it. They won?t even refund me . This place has gone down hill. Go else where to eat. To add, when I finallytalked to the GM he did refund me but he made a sly comment like ?that?s surprising??. Weird thing to say to someone. Whenyou?re the GM of that franchise
Went through the drive through. Order taker was friendly. They were out of all varieties of muffies. Took quite awhile to get my order after I paid. The baguette was rock hard. The sandwich (bacon turkey bravo) was good but not put together well, toppingswere sliding off and overall it looked sloppy. Got a full sandwich and a cup of soup and it was $20 so kind of expensive.
