Contribute FeedbackOverall, customers have mixed reviews about this Hooters location. Some were disappointed by rushed service, lack of accommodations for large parties, and declining food quality. Others praised the freshness and deliciousness of the food, as well as the attentive and friendly service provided by staff members such as Jazmine and Tim the manager. While some patrons have vowed never to return, others have expressed a desire to revisit despite minor hiccups. It seems that the experience at this Hooters location may vary depending on factors such as staffing levels and individual interactions.
The service and management at this restaurant is awful! Spencer, Pauly, and especially Nicki provide terrible service, bringing cold and inedible food to your table. They make promises to take care of you but fail to follow through. The kitchen serves raw chicken and is unhygienic, with staff being observed leaving the restroom without washing their hands. It is best to avoid eating here if you value your health.
I ordered a 20-piece mild shrimp with celery and ranch sauce from this place and it arrived cold with barely any sauce. Since they were closing, the manager, Amber, agreed to give me a credit for another order. Kudos to Amber! I called back today to use my credit and asked about the spiciness of the buffalo sauce. I was told it wasn't too hot, but it turned out to be really spicy. When I called back to address the issue, the manager said she couldn't do anything since it was a credit order. This was enough for me, so I will stick with the downtown location in the future.
The ambiance is not like Hooters, more likely a very child friendly family chicken house. Other than that, the wings were good, our waitress Brie was perfectly friendly, the fries was medium. Overall, it is a place that I will go again. Edit: We were there again this week, to try it once more. More kids, we got a side table, the chicken was ultra salty this time. The second chicken was cold. Probably, it was waiting there somewhere because we have it just after 2 minutes of our order time. Our waitress was much less interested in us than around. Near the end of her shift, after she gave us the bill and got her tips, she didn 't even look behind, even though I was still drinking. We had to order from somebody else, which she was a delight, the only thing that was good for that night. I was drinking IPA and learned they serve just one type of IPA. The problem is, our previous week 's waitress told me last week that she gave me the second type of IPA when I didn 't like the first one. I drank it, but it was sure not an IPA. Sorry but this is not the experience that you look for when you go for a drink in Hooters.
When you door dash $140.00 worth of food you think this place would care about giving you all of the food. I had to go and pick up part of my missing order..AND MANAMENT DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR MY TIME AND COLD FOOD AT HOME!! REPLYING TO YOUR RESPONSE I WAST AWARE THAT A 3RD PARTY VENDOR SUCH AS DOOR DASH WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE EVERYTHING WAS IN THE BAG BECAUSE THEY DON'T PACKAGE THE ORDERS
Out server was Ana. She was extremely kind and patient. Very attentive making sure we had whatever we needed. She made the visit better than everything else put together. Love this location. The open grill is an awesome look and adds to the ambiance.
