I 've been hoping for a place like this to open since I moved to the Joliet area about 6 years ago. No more 40 mile trips into the city when I 'm craving a Jibarito. The owner, Armando, greeted us when we walked in and went over the menu. They market themselves as Latin Fusion and they do it well.
