Kitchen chaos! the food sat under light for 20 minutes and then served cold. recovery was good. Woman chef tony
We eat several times in this restaurant. this past visit was disappointing. the steaks were not prepared as ordered and tasted not as good as in previous experiences. the kartoffels were different, the wobbly soup did not come with melted cheese, the loaded kartoffels came with cheese or acid cream. the waitress mentioned that the chef left after 16 years and showed it.
We had a great time to eat in the reserve! eating was amazing, as well as the service. we will definitely eat here again if we are in the opposite.
Excellent service, great waitress (Laurie), who made excellent recommendations from the menu. The walleye was extremely good and the ribeye steak and mashed potatoes were delicious. Highly recommend The Reserve at Harrah’s Joliet. It never disappoints Us.
