What Lavender Mist doesn't like about Marumen:
I can tell owner and chefs have never been to Japan and had real ramen, or they think they can trick Americans into thinking this is good. It's mid. Broth is not flavorful. Tsukemen is not just broth and noodles separated its thicker than plain broth so it clings to the noodles when dipped like pasta sauce.
