I can tell owner and chefs have never been to Japan and had real ramen, or they think they can trick Americans into thinking this is good. It's mid. Broth is not flavorful. Tsukemen is not just broth and noodles separated its thicker than plain broth so it clings to the noodles when dipped like pasta sauce. As nice the char siu portion is, it was tough and hard to eat because it's not sliced (mine was like a 2x4 plank on my bowl). Also, please for the love of all that's good, don't deep fry okonomiyaki. After living in Japan for 12 years and being accustomed to authentic ramen, this is the best ramen experience I've had so far in NOVA. They also serve sushi, which is not usual in Japan, so it was great that I was able to order both of my favorite dishes in one place.

REALLY good. Lunch special is a great deal, but the food and prices are good all the time!

Ramen here is OK. If you had good ramen, you know. The broth feels “thin”, not rich. If you are craving ramen at a pretty decent price, it’s not bad to try but it won’t leave you thinking you had great ramen. We tried spicy miso and vegetarian ramen. If you want your vegetarian ramen to have more depth and don’t mind a bit of spicy kick, order kimchi on the side and add it as you see fit. It made the veggie ramen broth much better. Fried mushrooms in it was a great touch. Chicken buns had stale bun bread. Vegetarian okonomiyaki was a pleasant surprise. It is enough for 3-4 people. I would recommend it. Worth a try but not sure I would come back here again.

I don’t know if I went on a bad night but I’ve never left a full plate of food in my life. I went with high hopes from better past experiences.Everything is pork based so I ordered braised beef short rib. It sounded good but had no flavor and not even l salt. HUGE beef chunks (definitely not short rib cuts) that were tough, impossible to eat or bite. We came ready to eat well, ordered sushi , drinks (they were out), wings and 2 short rib ramens. I asked for toppings on ramen and they came with nothing. I will finish food I won’tSushi was edible.. wings sounded good but were swimming in 1 cup of sauce.
