To make matters worse, we were required to leave a 20% gratuity for a server who was rude... read more The service was absolutely terrible, which completely ruined our meal. To make matters worse, we were required to leave a 20% gratuity for a server who was rude to our group. This gratuity was not mentioned anywhere in the restaurant—neither on the menu nor anywhere else, which is standard practice in most places. When we inquired about it, we were told that it has always been this way, which is clearly not true. The server even had the audacity to claim that "everyone does it." That's simply not the case. If other establishments do add a gratuity, they make it clear to customers in writing. Additionally, the waitstaff in those places usually don’t give diners disapproving looks when they complain about dry, hard chicken or serve rolls that are so hard they could break a tooth. Overall, this experience was very disappointing.

Catch a sports game ,have a beer or tea , get one of the mouth-watering appetizers, and then order you something off the menu. All the food prepared there is scrumptious!!! Load the family up and go check the warehouse 319 out!! I sent my cheesest... read more I have tried to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt several visits but they can't seem to deliver on their service or food quality. I sent my cheesesteak sandwich back due to no cheese on the sandwich. After a rather long wait to make my meal satisfactory the waitress doesn't return with my to go box of my unfinished meal; I asked for the food I paid for and the hostess became defensive asked me and partner to leave, I was not leaving without my paid meal. The hateful hostess did comply and got my food with the usual long wait. This will be the last meal we ever eat at Warehouse 19, they lack customer service along with adequate food quality.
