Our meatballs on our subs were burnt, cold and the bread was stale. I?ve never had a bad review for subway, until now.

Use some common sense—who actually eats cold meat? Warm up the meat! Also, if avocado costs $1.70 plus tax, I expect it to be properly added to my sandwich. Three times now, it either hasn’t been included or only a tiny, disappointing amount was put on—more like a scrap from the bottom of an empty container. I want exactly what I ordered from the Subway menu, especially when paying extra! Having to microwave my sandwich to warm up the meat ruins the bread and vegetables, which basically spoils the whole meal. If it hadn’t cost me $30, I’d just throw it away and eat somewhere else!

When we got to the drive-thru, the manager informed us that the subs had already been remade, so a refund was not an option. To make matters worse, she slammed the window shut and walked away. Her daughter, who was with her, even chimed in as if she were part of the team. We were left confused, especially since we had been told earlier that the sandwiches wouldn’t be made until we returned with the originals and our proof of purchase. In the end, we disputed the charge and are hoping to get our refund that way. This experience was a clear example of incompetence. Seriously, kids, focus on your education.
