Subway - Jasper

Friendly service. Just not that great of a sandwich. Meats just don't taste great

This place has the most DISRESPECTFUL staff. This location needs to be shut down!! I have never pulled out of a parking lot so fast. Do yourselves a favor, don?t go here.

Employees are straight GARBAGE, especially management. Paid $30 for the photos shown...double meat and double veggies...there wasn't enough protein on them to fill a child. Called and was given a hard time over the phone, she kept asking if we had eatenthe product after I told her no several times and that we would bring them back. She said she couldn't remake them and wouldneed the receipt. I told her it was the online order which she pulled up and saw what we had paid for. She said she wouldn'tremake the sandwiches until we got there with the original ones. On the 15 minute drive back to the restaurant we decided wewould just get a refund and go somewhere else. When we got to the drive thru a manager was there and we were told they hadalready remade the subs and therefore we could not get a refund. She then slammed the window shut on us and walked off. Herdaughter was there and decided she was an employee and put her two cents in. Why were we told they weren't going to be madeuntil we arrived with the original order and a proof of purchase? Needless to say we called and disputed the charge and will berefunded that way. Incompetency at its finest. Stay in school kids.

I don't know if it's all Subway's or just the one here in Jasper, but just because I don't want the bread toasted hard as a rock IN NO WAY means that I want ice cold chicken or steak! Use a little bit of common sense, who eats ice cold chicken or steak?Warm the meat up!!! Also, if avocado is $1.70+tax extra, then I expect it to be put on my sandwich, 3 times now it hasn't andwhen it was it was such a piddly amount that I feel ripped off. I want exactly what I ordered, sliced avocado, not a tiny bit ofthe smashed mess that was scraped off the bottom of the EMPTY container! I want my money's worth! Not too mention the sandwichis basically ruined when I have to put it in the microwave to warm up the ice cold meat and ruin the bread and all thevegetables in the process. If it hadn't cost me $30 I'd just throw it out and go somewhere else!

It cost $20.35 for 2 six inch subs, unbelievable! Any other subway I could?ve got 2 foot longs for the same price
