I brought it back, even without a receipt, and they made it right for me.

My husband’s two-piece fried chicken also appeared to have been sitting out for some time. While I know it’s fast food, I had higher expectations for the quality of the menu items at Jack's.

Honestly, a microwave burger from a gas station would have tasted much better.

I’m no... read more Jacks has always been a fantastic spot to grab a meal, but during my most recent visit, it felt quite disorganized behind the counter and in the kitchen. I’m not sure if it was due to too many people or a lack of guidance and leadership. It can be crucial to have one person in charge who can provide direction and ensure everything runs smoothly. Additionally, I noticed a small group of young employees sitting in the lobby chatting about work and other topics. It seems like they just need a bit of help to get back to the way things used to be.
