I can confirm that Polly, the manager at this restaurant, is exceptional and deserves better than what Wendy's offers. I actually trained her 21 years ago at her first fast food job, and she has remained loyal. She worked at Wendy's for 19 years, and even though her salary doesn't reflect her years of experience, her brilliance shines through. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
The Jacksonville location has a strong unpleasant odor that resembles flour. The carpet and chairs are sticky, and the beverage machine was low on selections. Additionally, there was no ketchup available in the machine. View all feedback.
Really I went to wendy’s and ordered 1 small chocolate frosty, a medium vanilla frosty and a medium chocolate frosty to house and had a small chocolate a medium vanilla and what I thought was a medium chocolate and it was a small one in a medium cup stuck pictures see! check their order before they left people!
The cashier was nice. I checked my bag and notice they didn't give me an order of nuggets. He continued to apologized and made fresh nuggets.
I’ve loved Wendy’s since I’d race there during school lunches for their all you can eat salad bar. Those were the days.. Still loving them 40+ yrs later!
There is always a line around the building. This is because the foods so good but it's also because the workers are disgruntled about their working conditions. Just go inside and listen if you want to know. Props to them for still making good food just slow.
Very slow, manager had the register locked so only she could ring people up but preferred to be in the back helping with the cooking. Waited 30 minutes to place order and order was wrong.
