I hadn't been to Captain D's in a few years so I decided to go and get dinner. I did an online order My food came out separately The fish and chicken tenders were at room temperature not fresh Fries were super cold Won't Go Back
Our experience at this restaurant was frustrating as our order was given incorrectly the first time. The staff had to return to our car multiple times to clarify our order, and even had to ask for our receipt. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, our total wait time was nearly 45-55 minutes. Despite the delays, we did not complain. Unfortunately, they also forgot our chicken sandwich combo. The parking situation at this location in Jacksonville, Arkansas was also less than ideal.
The general manager was awesome however, they were out of a lot of things due to an issue with their delivery. And the kid working the front either needs to be working in the back or needs someone up work the front with him. He was very slow and unfocused. Definitely not the multitasker that is needed when working the front counter at a fast food establishment. This is the first time I've ever had unsatisfactory service at this location.
