I waited for 25 minutes, visible in the parking lot. One of the employees yelled out of the drive thru window, asking what I was waiting for. My son confirmed that we were waiting for original.I ordered via the app to ensure that I “secured” my original pieces. Pull up to the window to order, then I am advised that they cannot fill my order because the original has been sold out again. I ask the young man if they are making more original and he says yes, but it will be 15 minutes. I told him we will wait, because we absolutely do not want crispy.At that time, a female employee is asking why we cannot just take one crispy wing. The young man asks us to move up and wait. We wait for about 25 minutes, watch another car that was asked to wait, get their food, and the employee makes a point not to acknowledge us.The lights to the restaurant are turned off, and a few minutes later, the young man brings out our food and apologizes. This was my first time coming here, and it will definitely be my last! God and the young man are the only reason why I was able to stay calm!

If there are any promotions not advertised, don't hesitate to ask about them! This is the best KFC I've experienced in over 20 years. The manager and the team are truly exceptional. I highly recommend not going to any other KFC in Jacksonville—this one is outstanding. Keep up the great work; you all are fantastic!
