It’s... read more I tried to call the Western Boulevard location in Jacksonville, NC from 7 PM to 9 PM, but I was unable to get through because the line was constantly busy. It’s quite concerning for a business. When I finally received my order, it was incorrect, and I wasn’t even given a receipt. This is unbelievable! Perhaps if they didn't have a baby behind the register, someone might have noticed that my order was wrong.

My husband and I decided to go inside to place our order more quickly, but to our surprise, we ended up waiting over 10 minutes without anyone taking our order.... read more My husband and I decided to go inside to place our order more quickly, but to our surprise, we ended up waiting over 10 minutes without anyone taking our order. Despite there being a crew of seven people and a cashier, they took their time serving the woman in front of us, which caused further delays. The elderly woman at the register was quite rude and took her time with both taking and preparing the order, and we could barely understand her. We won't be going inside again; hopefully, the drive-thru will be faster next time.
